|2 cups + 2 tbsp flour|
|2 tsp baking powder|
|1 cup caster sugar|
|1 cup milk|
|1/4 cup olive oil|
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and spray a little oil in.
3. Add a ladle of batter, it’s quite thick but this is how it is supposed to be.
4. When the top starts to bubble, flip it over for another 30 seconds.
