2 1/4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups boiling water mixed with 2 tsp coffee
3 eggs
Pre heat oven to 180 C
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, add in the oil and hot water, mix until smooth, stir in 1 egg at a time.
Pour into 9×13 cake tin or 24 cupcake cases
Bake cake for 40 mins or cupcakes for 15mins
