Chanukah Shaped French Toast

    Ingredients

    • 1 loaf bread or challa, sliced
    • Oil for frying
    • 6 eggs
    • Cinnamon & Sugar

    Method

    Preheat frying pan

    Cut the sliced bread into desired shapes using a cookie cutter, used a dreidel and menorah shaped ones.

    Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork

    Dip the shaped pieces of bread into the egg on both sides and fry in 1-2 tbsp oil until golden brown. Flip half way, about 1-2 mins on each side.

    Mix sugar and cinnamon together for dipping
