1 savoury pie crust
1 onion finely diced
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup grated cheese
Salt and pepper
Fry onion in the oil until very soft and translucent.
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Spread the onions at the bottom of the pie, top with the broccoli and then the cheese.
Whisk the eggs and milk together till smooth, season with salt and pepper.
Pour over the quiche. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes until golden.
