- 2 packets of sliced carrots (1kg)
- ¼ cup oil
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- ½ cup honey
Simmer carrots in the oil, sugar, salt and pepper for around 20mins on a low flame.
Then pour in the honey, stir and simmer for a further 10 minutes to glaze.
