    Ingredients

    • 2 packets of sliced carrots (1kg)
    • ¼ cup oil
    • 3 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp white pepper
    • ½ cup honey

    Method

    Simmer carrots in the oil, sugar, salt and pepper for around 20mins on a low flame. ⁣

    Then pour in the honey, stir and simmer for a further 10 minutes to glaze.
