Garlic cloves, peeled |
Cherry tomatoes/Peppers/Chilis |
Olive oil |
Salt |
1. Cover garlic cloves and vegetables in olive oil, add a pinch of salt.
2. Cook on a very low light for 40mins-1hour or until the garlics are soft through
💡Tip – Keep the heat very low even if it takes some time for the oil to gently bubble, if the heat is too high the garlics will burn
