Tomato & Pepper Confits
Ingredients
- Garlic cloves, peeled
- Cherry tomatoes/Peppers/Chilis
- Olive oil
- Salt
Method

Cover garlic cloves and vegetables in olive oil, add a pinch of salt.

Cook on a very low light for 40mins-1hour or until the garlics are soft through
?Tip – Keep the heat very low even if it takes some time for the oil to gently bubble, if the heat is too high the garlics will burn
