Tomato Olive Dip

1 tbsp olive oil |
1 small onion diced |
3 cloves garlic crushed |
2 tins chopped tomatoes |
1 tin sliced green olives |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
1/4 tsp crushed chilli flakes/chilli powder |
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
2 tbsp sugar |
1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil on a medium heat until very soft.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook on low heat for 30-40minutes.
