|1 packet peeled potatoes (2kg)|
|1 cup oil|
|1 tbsp salt|
|1 tsp white pepper|
💡 To slice the kugel neatly, freeze the kugel for 2 hours, remove from tin (if baked in a foil tin, it will then peel off easily) slice while still frozen and then place in a fresh tin for serving.
