1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion diced
3 cloves garlic crushed
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1 tin sliced green olives
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed chilli flakes/chilli powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp sugar
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil on a medium heat until very soft.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook on low heat for 30-40minutes.
