8 Chicken Drumsticks
6 cloves garlic, chopped finely
2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 Onion finely diced
1 chili, sliced (optional)
Mix together the galic, ginger, honey, soy sauce and chili, add in the drumsticks and allow to marinade for 2 – 4 hours.
Fry the drumsticks on all sides for about 15 minutes. Then remove from pan.
Add marinade and the chopped chilis into the pan and reduce into a sauce, add the chicken back in and cook for a further 10 – 15 minutes until done.
Top with garnishes to serve
