Side of salmon
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lemon, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup green stuffed olives, sliced
Pre heat oven to 180 C
Wash, rinse and pat dry salmon.
Mix oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together and rub on salmon.
Top with the rest of ingredients.
Bake for 20-25 minutes uncovered.
