1 Garlic head
1 Courgette
1 Red bell pepper
1 Yellow bell pepper
1 cup mangetout
1 cup broccoli florets
1 vine cherry tomatoes
Half a red onion
3 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Slice veg into slices, mix and coat with olive oil and spices.⠀
Roast on 180C for 20-30 minutes depending on how done you like your vegetables
