1 packet Sova Penne Pasta
¾ jar Shneiders Pesto with chili
1 Courgette, sliced
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Pine nuts
Parmesan
Cook pasta in boiling water as per package instructions.
Place sliced courgettes on grill, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and grill for 5-7 minutes.
Drain the pasta, mix in the pesto and the courgettes.
Serve with pine nuts and parmesan to taste.
