2 graham cracker pie crusts
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 kg soft cheese
2 1/4 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp peach flavouring
2 bars white chocolate
1/2 cup fresh cream
Tinned peaches and passionfruit for decorating
Mix the graham cracker crumbs together with the melted butter and press into a lined round tin.
Beat the cheese and sugars until light and fluffy then beat in the eggs and peach flavouring and then the flour. Spread it evenly over the crumb layer.
Bake for 45-50 min on 180
Melt the chocolate and cream together until smooth, pour over cooled cake. Top with Peaches and Passion fruits.
