2 large oranges
6 eggs
1 3/4 cups ground almonds
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Icing sugar and slivered almonds for decorations
Wash and boil oranges in water for 2 hours
Cool and remove pips.
Pulse the oranges including the peel in blender.
Beat eggs then add in the almonds, sugar, baking powder and oranges.
Pour in into a 9 inch round tin.
Bake at 200C until cooked
Once cooked decorate with slivered almonds and icing sugar.
