Many Veg Salad

Salad Ingredients

Mix of lettuce leaves
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 carrot, sliced
1 sweet red pepper sliced
1/2 cup radishes, sliced
1 cup raw cauliflower florets
2 spring onions, sliced

French Salad Dressing

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
Juice of half a lemon
2 tsp mustard
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp plack pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Toss salad well with the dressing to lightly coat, not drown!
