- Garlic cloves, peeled
- Olive oil
- Herbs – Rosemary/Thyme (optional)
Cover garlic cloves in olive oil, add a pinch of salt and herbs if you like.
Cook on a very low light for 40mins-1hour or until the garlics are soft through
💡 Tip – Keep the heat very low even if it takes some time for the oil to gently bubble, if the heat is too high the garlics will burn
