Ingredients

Garlic cloves, peeled⁠

Olive oil⁠

Salt⁠

Herbs – Rosemary/Thyme (optional)

Method

Cover garlic cloves in olive oil, add a pinch of salt and herbs if you like.⁠

Cook on a very low light for 40mins-1hour or until the garlics are soft through⁠
