Viennas

Puff pastry squares

Jam of your choice (Apricot, cranberry, marmalade, fig)

Method

Preheat oven to 180C⁠.

Spread a layer of jam on each square of pastry and wrap around the sausage.

Brush with more of the jam and bake for 20 minutes.
