Chicken & Meat Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

500g Cubed Chicken & Meat
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
3 Cups Cooked Rice, cold
2 Eggs
2 Cups Broccoli

Method

1. Saute the chicken and meat in olive and soy sauce on a medium heat and season with salt and pepper. When they are cooked, remove from pan and set aside.

2. Add sesame oil to the pan, add in the broccoli and fry until fork soft.

3. Move the broccoli to one side of the pan and add the 2 eggs to the other side of the pan, scramble till cooked. Once cooked, mix the egg with the broccoli.

4.Add the rice and the chicken to the broccoli and egg. Pour some soy sauce on top and fry until the mixture has fully heated through.

💡Tip – To serve this on Friday night, ensure the meat has cooled down completely to room temperature. Then place slightly raised on the hot plate just before Shabbos. The meat will heat up nicely and will not over cook! Heat the glaze up separately.
