2 sticks margarine (8oz) – room temperature
½ cup granulated sugar
1 ¼ cups light brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 eggs – room temperature
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 bag (255g) chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 180 C
In an electric mixer beat the margarine and the sugars until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs.
Gradually beat in the flour and baking powder. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
Using an ice cream scoop or 2 spoons, drop the batter onto a lined cookie sheet far apart as they spread a lot.
Bake on 180 C for 13 minutes.
