Beef & Noodles Stir Fry

300g fettuccine pasta noodles cooked per packet instructions  
3 tbsp olive oil  
400g beef strips  
1 red, yellow and orange bell pepper all cut into strips  
1 carrot, peeled and cut into strips  
1 red onion, sliced  
4 cloves garlic sliced  
200g sugar snaps, topped and tailed  
100g button mushrooms, sliced  
Salt and Pepper  
1/3 cup soy sauce  
3 tbsp white wine vinegar  


1. Boil noodles according to package instructions, rinse and set aside.

2. Heat oil in wok or skillet to a medium high heat, add in the beef strips and toss for 3 or 4 minutes or till preferred doneness. Remove from pan and set aside.

3. Add the onion, garlic and carrots to the wok on a medium flame and toss for 1 – 2 minutes, then add in the rest of the vegetables for a further 3 minutes.

4. Add the noodles and beef back into the wok, toss to mix, season with salt and pepper and the soy and sauce and vinegar. Toss for a further minute to allow the noodles and beef to heat through.

💡 Add in some chilly for an extra kick of flavour
