Ingredients

2 packets of sliced carrots (1kg)  
¼ cup oil  
3 tbsp sugar  
1 tsp salt  
¼ tsp white pepper  
½ cup honey  

 

Method

  1. Simmer carrots in the oil, sugar, salt and pepper for around 20mins on a low flame. ⁣
  2. Then pour in the honey, stir and simmer for a further 10 minutes to glaze.
