Lamb Skewers

700g lamb cubes |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
1/4 tsp chili powder |
1/4 tsp tumeric |
1/2 tsp rosemary (optional) |
💡Tip – Soak skewers in water for about 10 minutes before threading the lamb on to stop them burning – like ours!
