Pan Fried Rosemary and Garlic Gnocchi with Crispy Sweet Chilli Salmon

Ingredients

4 fillets salmon, cubed
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet chilli
Crispy fried onions (Paskesz or Schneiders)
1-2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried rosemary
2 cloves garlic, crushed
500g gnocchi
Salt

Method

Pre heat oven to 180C⁠

Mix mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce together and coat the salmon cubes. Top with crispy fried onions and bake for 20 mins.⁠

In a frying pan, heat the oil, dried rosemary and garlic for about 1-2 mins till fragrant. Add in gnocchi, season with salt and fry until golden, about 10 minutes.⁠
