Pan Fried Rosemary and Garlic Gnocchi with Crispy Sweet Chilli Salmon

|4 fillets salmon, cubed|
|2 tbsp mayonnaise|
|2 tbsp sweet chilli|
|Crispy fried onions (Paskesz or Schneiders)|
|1-2 tsp olive oil|
|1 tbsp dried rosemary|
|2 cloves garlic, crushed|
Pre heat oven to 180C
Mix mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce together and coat the salmon cubes. Top with crispy fried onions and bake for 20 mins.
In a frying pan, heat the oil, dried rosemary and garlic for about 1-2 mins till fragrant. Add in gnocchi, season with salt and fry until golden, about 10 minutes.
