|1 whole chicken or 8 pieces chicken on the bone|
|1 yellow onion|
|1 red onion|
|2 heads garlic|
|3 medium red potatoes|
|1 packet Gefen chestnuts|
|Salt & pepper|
1. Slice onions and the cloves of 1 of the garlics, cut the top off the other garlic, cube the potatoes and place all on a sheet pan. Spread the chicken out on top of the vegetables.
2. Scatter the chestnuts all over the pan and the chicken.
3. Season all with salt and pepper, cover tightly and bake for 1 and half hours on 180 C.
